salvostr.h question

For issues specific to TI's MSP430 line of ultra-low-power microcontrollers, including compilers (e.g. Quadravox AQ430), IDEs (e.g. IAR Embedded Workbench) and development tools (e.g. TI MSP-FET430 Flash Emulation Tool).

salvostr.h question

Postby dirk41 » Thu Feb 21, 2008 3:03 am

Hi guys,
I'm a new Salvo Pro user. And i'm still getting the feel of it as i integrate to my application. I'm using IAR Embedded Workbench v4 and MSP430F2252 microcontroller. My problem is, when I compile my code (with salvo in it), the compiler produces an error stating "expected a declaration". The error points to salvostr.h,PLEASE REFER TO THE COMMENT BELOW ( // ERROR POINTS IN THIS LINE....)

#if OSENABLE_EVENTS
typedef union {
#if OSENABLE_BINARY_SEMAPHORES
OStypeBinSem binSem;
#endif

#if OSENABLE_EVENT_FLAGS
OStypeEfcbP efcbP;
#endif

#if OSENABLE_MESSAGES
OStypeMsgP msgP;
#endif

#if OSENABLE_MESSAGE_QUEUES
OStypeMqcbP mqcbP;
#endif

#if OSENABLE_SEMAPHORES
OStypeSem sem;
#endif

} OStypeEvent; // ERROR POINTS IN THIS LINE....

Can someone shed some light into this??

thank you so much,
