is any no part programmer software available for msp430? preferably free?

Hello Prasad.

C-SPY in the IAR KickStart Tools (available on TI's website) can be used to program the MSP430 over its JTAG port. It expects hex files with .d43 suffixes.

If you have a .hex file with code for the MSP430, just rename it .d43 and C-SPY will accept it.

If you need hardware for programming, you may want to look at Olimex's MSP430 PCBs -- they're very inexpensive and apparently quite popular. http://www.olimex.com or on the TI MSP430 CD-ROM.
