Mistake in Salvo User Manual - OSSyncTS()

Postby dfleck » Fri May 31, 2002 7:16 am

In version 3.0.4 of the User Manual, I can not find a description of OSSyncTS(). But there are references to it. Is the description missing?

Hi Donald.

The manual is missing a description of OSSyncTS(). It is contained in salvosrcdelay2.c and the libraries.

OSSyncTS() is basically a means of setting the current task's timestamp to the current system ticks, +/- an offset. The comments in delay2.c will have to serve as documentation until we can add a section on OSSyncTS() to the Reference chapter of the User Manual.

Thanks for pointing out this omission.
