Wizard for new PROJECT

Hello,

I think that the software will become more friendly if you make some wizard that automatically sets the parameters in salvo.h and salvo.cfg. And brings advices when making project in MPLAB. Well, it's not big deal, but will save time for beginners in Salvo, like me.
